|Each student has been given a personalised Great Geography Challenge sheet.|
Yesterday we launched the Great Geography Challenge. This biennial school event is always a resounding success - popular with our students and well supported by our fantastic school community and friends.
Please support our students as they participate in this school-wide learning and fundraising initiative over the next month.
The money raised will go towards the purchase of new outdoor playground equipment.
Please check this blog for regular Great Geography Challenge news.

This week we have been learning about measurement. We have been figuring out when to use millimetres, centimetres, metres and kilometres. We measured lots of things in our classroom and then we went outside and measured each other. We found out that it is quite tricky to be accurate! We also worked out who is the tallest and who is the shortest in our class, and we are now working out the difference between them. Next we will measure ourselves at the beginning of next term to see how much we have grown.
