Each day in maths, we run a short hot-spot activity to get the children thinking. I have experimented with allowing the children to run this session and it has been very successful. These pictures show Sofia taking a maths hot-spot session which was all about making small jumps using big numbers. She did an amazing job and the children were very engaged. They seem to really like learning from someone who is their own age! Good on you Sofia!
