2	Wellington Region – Towns and Cities To correctly place 10 places on a blank map of the Wellington Region – don’t forget Kapiti Island and Tararua (north-east of Masterton).	find the correct place name from the list provided and copy the name onto the blank map OR ask your teacher to name each one of the ten places and you point to where this is on the blank map.
3	New Zealand Regions To correctly place the 16 regions of New Zealand on a blank map.	find the correct place name from the list provided and copy the name (or its corresponding number) onto the right place on the blank map.
4	New Zealand Towns and Cities To correctly place the 25 towns and cities on a blank map of New Zealand.	find the correct place name from the list provided and copy the name (or its corresponding number) onto the right place on the blank map.
5	Countries of the World To correctly place the 25 countries on a blank map of the world (including Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and Samoa).	find the correct place name from the list provided and copy the name (or its corresponding number) onto the right place on the blank map.
6	Capital Cities To correctly name (and spell) the capital cities of the 25 country names posted to this blog on 12 September.	write the name of the capital city next to the name of the country.
7	Flags of the World To correctly identify 25 flags of countries.	write the correct name under each flag – using the alphabetical list of countries OR ask your teacher will show you each flag – one at a time and you have to tell him/her the name of the country.
